Each person is allowed only one account. Operating more than one account is a violation of these terms and may result in all accounts being cancelled.

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate cancellation of the account and any balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Keeping Contact Details Updated

If your personal details such as phone number or email change, update them in your account settings immediately. 33pmw will not be responsible for any communication failure caused by outdated information.

Account Management

3.1 Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If anyone learns your password, change it immediately and notify our support team. 33pmw will not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your 33pmw account is entirely personal. Allowing others to use it, selling it, renting it, or transferring it to anyone is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

33pmw reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process may require copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each method on 33pmw is ৳100. Deposits below ৳100 will not be processed.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Payment Methods

33pmw supports the following payment methods:

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase due to the verification process or other reasons.

4.5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that is registered and verified on your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Withdrawals must generally be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The specified wagering condition must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 (20x) in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

  • Wagering must be completed before winnings earned using bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
  • Restrictions on specific games or betting sections may apply when using bonuses.
  • Separate terms apply to cashback and rewards earned through the VIP program.

5.4 VIP Program

The 33pmw VIP program has four tiers and provides weekly cashback:

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

If multiple accounts are created or other dishonest methods are used to gain bonus benefits, all bonuses will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

Betting Rules

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

The following rules apply when placing bets on the 33pmw platform:

  • Each game or betting section may have its own specific rules.
  • Decisions regarding bets interrupted by technical issues are at 33pmw's discretion.
  • 33pmw will not be responsible for any bet that is not completed due to an internet disruption.

6.2 Settlement of Results

All game and betting results will be settled according to the applicable rules. If an error occurs due to technical reasons, affected bets may be voided or re-settled.

6.3 Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33pmw platform:

  • Providing false or misleading information on your account.
  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses or promotional offers dishonestly.
  • Using software bots, scripts, or any automated method on the platform.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
  • Collusion or fraudulent cooperation with other players.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, the account will be immediately cancelled and all balances may be forfeited. 33pmw also reserves the right to take legal action.

Limitation of Liability

33pmw strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. 33pmw will not be liable for any loss in such circumstances.

8.2 Third-Party Software

The platform uses software from third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe). 33pmw will not be directly liable for any errors in this software, but will cooperate to resolve issues.

8.3 Limit of Damages

In any circumstance, 33pmw's liability will be limited to the actual balance in the user's account. 33pmw is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

8.4 Internet and Device Issues

33pmw is not responsible for any financial loss caused by internet connectivity problems, device faults, or other technical issues on the user's end.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by 33pmw

33pmw reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or close any account for the following reasons:

  • Any violation of these terms.

  • Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
  • Following directions from law enforcement agencies.

9.2 Closure by the User
